Vice President, Supply Chain and Fleet
AGL Resources
Bob Schnorr was named vice president, Supply Chain and Fleet, for AGL Resources (NYSE: GAS) in December 2011. He is responsible for developing, implementing and executing the overall strategy of the supply chain and fleet organization, including policy implementation and compliance, corporate-wide procurement and sourcing operations, and the corporate supplier diversity program.
Mr. Schnorr joined AGL Resources in 2002 and brings more than 25 years of utility-related procurement and contracting experience to his role. Previously, he served as managing director of Supply Chain and director of Strategic Supply Chain Projects for AGL Resources, and as director of Transactional Services and director of Contract Development for AGL Networks.
Mr. Schnorr is a member of the Southern Gas Association Supply Chain Committee, the National Contract Management Association and Institute for Supply Management. He is a volunteer with the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado and conducted continuing education at George Washington University and the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Schnorr lives in Norcross, Ga. with his wife and two children.
