Sequent Energy Management

Rhonda Pantoja was named vice president, Trading-West for Sequent Energy Management in December 2011. She is responsible for all trading activities in Canada as well as the Mid-Continent and Western regions of the United States. Sequent is a top-10 marketer of natural gas in the country and a subsidiary of AGL Resources (NYSE: GAS).

Ms. Pantoja brings more than 23 years of natural gas industry experience to her role. Previously, she managed trading activities in Canada and the Mid-Continent region for Sequent. She joined Sequent in 2003 in the Origination group focusing on the Midwest Region followed by the West Region.

Prior to joining Sequent, Ms. Pantoja held various business development, product development, corporate finance, structuring and origination roles with Cinergy Marketing & Trading, Kinder Morgan, KN Energy and MidCon Corp.

Ms. Pantoja received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and earned her masters degree in Marketing from DePaul University.

Ms. Pantoja, her husband and two children reside in Tomball, Tex.
