Vice President, Retail Services Operations
AGL Resources
Dale Larkin was named vice president of Retail Services Operations for AGL Resources (NYSE: GAS) in December 2011. In this role he will be responsible for front and back office company operations including the management of three wholly owned HVAC business, EMD and third-party service network.
Previously, Mr. Larkin served as vice president, Operations and Information Services for Nicor National where he was responsible for all information systems and information technology including call center telephony systems, procurement and supply chain, contract administration and company operations. He also managed three wholly owned HVAC businesses. Prior to that, he served as general manager for Information Systems and Operations. Prior to Nicor National, Mr. Larkin worked in various positions at Nicor Gas over his 28-year tenure starting as a Meter Reader, advancing to other roles such as manager of Field Operations, director of Business Applications and senior Human Resources consultant.
Mr. Larkin graduated magna cum laude from Cardinal Stretch University. He and his four children hold black belts in Karate.
Mr. Larkin, his wife of 26 years and children live in Sycamore, Ill.
